This page explains what data nxgp.io collects and how it is used. It is written to be
read, not to be skimmed past. If anything is unclear, email

The Nx Assistant (chat)
Our website assistant is an AI. When you use it:
- Conversations are stored. What you type and the assistant's replies are saved so we can respond to inquiries and improve the assistant.
- Contact details you volunteer (name, email, company, what you need) are passed to our team so we can follow up, which is the point of sharing them.
- Messages are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate replies, and our team is notified via Slack when you ask to be contacted.
- Improvement uses patterns, not identities. When we analyze conversations to make the assistant better, contact details are stripped first and only generalized patterns are kept ("visitors often ask about X"), never who asked.
- Retention: raw chat transcripts are deleted after 90 days. If you shared contact details as a business inquiry, we keep those to manage the relationship.
- Your browser stores the current conversation locally (so it survives a page reload). Clearing site data removes it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used: which pages people
read, roughly where visitors come from, and which pages lead to someone contacting us.
It sets a first-party cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one, and records the
pages you view, your approximate location (country/city, derived from your IP by Google)
and general device and browser details.
- Measurement only. We've switched off Google Signals and ad-personalization signals, so this data is not used to build an advertising profile of you or to retarget you elsewhere.
- No profiles from us. We look at aggregate patterns, not individuals, and we don't join analytics data to the contact details you share with the assistant.
- Opting out. Blocking cookies for this site, using a tracker-blocking extension, or Google's opt-out add-on all stop this collection. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels, no fingerprinting.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not use your conversations to train AI models, only to look up patterns as described above.
Technical basics
The site is hosted on Vercel; conversation data and inquiries are stored with Supabase;
site analytics are processed by Google. IP addresses are used transiently for rate
limiting (abuse prevention). If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under
its own privacy terms.
